Even Flow EV Infrastructure has built and owned charging infrastructure since 2019, appointing specialist operators to manage sites day to day under long-term contracts. Every site is designed as a multi-revenue hub rather than a single charger, so one location earns from several directions at once—and keeps earning while cars are still on the road.
We retain a portion of the revenue each site generates. That margin builds the next location and refinances the partners already on the books—growth that pays for itself, country after country. With 85% of stations having long-term land agreements (5-15 years), our revenue is highly stable and predictable.
What a hub earns from
"We would rather own the forecourt than guess at the traffic. Our partners are paid from what our own sites earn, itemised, every day."
Even Flow operating principleThe thing partners mention most is not the return—it is seeing exactly where the number came from, every single day. Every report itemises gross revenue and every deduction, down to the line item.

We finance, build and own EV charging sites across six countries, and appoint specialist operators to manage them day to day under a separate contract. We own the asset and contract out the running of it — and seven years in, that is what makes the revenue steady enough to share with 23,400 partners.

We own the hardware and the site. A specialist operator takes on the day-to-day running under a separate management contract. Our income is what the site earns, after the cost of running it.
Six countries — Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Taiwan, Singapore and Thailand — with more capacity under construction. Partner capital is what opens each new market.

Sites we own, run under contract by people who do nothing else, in six countries.
You are never asked to stock, staff, service or repair anything. That is the operator's job and ours.
Hardware we own outright, on sites we own, in six countries — not an index and not a synthetic position.

Seven years in, we would still rather show you a weak month than average it away. Every report itemises site revenue and every deduction, so the number credited to your balance can always be traced back.
